Our Mission

The number one priority of the Family Hope Line is to address the immediate needs of each family by offering professional but compassionate assistance through confidential assessments to quickly and effectively locate an appropriate placement for your adolescent, teen or young adult’s specific needs. Allow our advocates to offer a true bridge of hope!

The Help Line Philosophy

Family Hope Line believes that each person is created with specific talents, needs and desires. They have found through years of personal and professional experience that each person is unique as well as their circumstances which are contributing to their struggles; however, one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to locating the source of help!

Our Promise

Our advocates are committed to providing you with time, attention and resources. We ensure each caller will be met with an empathetic ear, courteous communication and most of all, excellent program options. We aren’t just a placement service, we partner with our families to assist with selecting a program and then completing the admission process into the program.
