Teen Challenge of Vero Beach is a Christ-centered program Juvenile Boys program that believes in the potential these forgotten young men possess. Our program stresses the importance of male Christian role models in the process of rehabilitation. Each day these young men are involved in various work projects alongside the staff. They are involved in building projects, landscaping, mechanical work, and various ministry opportunities.

Our staff trains these young men up in the way they should go, believing that as they mature and learn responsibility, it will be passed on to those they will eventually lead.

Young men need more than a church service to believe in the power of God. They need to see God lived out day by day in the lives of men as they work alongside them. To see how a Godly man acts under pressure, how a man repents when he has sinned, and how he treats other people; these are the life lessons we are instilling in our young men. They are not looking for perfection; but they are looking for honesty and sincerity.

Teen Challenge of Vero Beach is a 15 month residential program. There will be several opportunities throughout the students’ stay for the parents to come receive instruction and counseling in Christian parenting. It is required that parents attend a minimum of three sessions. We believe in not only helping each young man find wholeness, but reconciliation with his family as well. These “Family Days” are also wonderful opportunities for loved ones to see our campus, meet our staff and fellowship with other families in similar situations.
